It was an honor to be selected as the Best Presenter by the panel members of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) during the Three-Minute Thesis Presentation Competition on January 19th. I’m also excited to share that I will have the pleasure of presenting my thesis as an invited speaker, receiving feedback from experts at SNC-Lavalin , Hatch , and Hydro-Québec on January 30th.

It was a fantastic experience as an engineer to see how empathy can play such a significant role in businesses. Special thanks to Antonella Nizzola for organizing the event and to the distinguished guests who shared powerful stories about empathy in their leadership journeys.
